Pilates has been my source of rehabilitation for ten years. Having health problems such as Endometriosis, Spondylolythesis, Fibromyalgia, Arthritis and IBS Pilates has helped me to overcome so many of the symptoms and much of the pain that comes with these health conditions, which may not be life threatening - but are certainly debilitating. Pilates is now part of my daily routine and I would like to pass on my knowledge and experience to help other people in similar situations. Pilates is an alternative therapy with a holistic approach which helps to work the body as a whole. Using alternative therapy takes time and patience to feel the benefits, but once you begin to see and feel the difference it makes to your life it is remarkable.
Nutrition has also been a passion for many years and as life has moved on I have had to make many changes in my diet to enable me to live my life in a comfortable way without aggravating any of my health issues further. Having qualified as a Nutritional Advisor I am able to identify ways in which clients can improve their health and general well-being through diet.
