Nutrition can be for life with a Healthy Eating Plan

Providing the body with a healthy diet and the right mix of proteins, fats, carbohydrates, vitamins, mineral and water will lead towards the path for Optimal Health.
There is a clear link between diet and health and we need to maintain the critical day to day bodily functions that help us to survive.

The connection between diet and health is clear: to function normally we need a complete range of nutrients.  Only when we provide our bodies with the right conditions will the body be able to maintain itself, eating and feeling well improves mood and will enable you to hand life’s trials and tribulations. 

Exist on a poor diet the opposite will happen.  It will put the body in a situation where it cannot defend itself as it begins to compromise the bodies systems creating a run down and unbalanced state.  A poor diet will also impede wellness in physical, mental and social well-being. 

Basically, we are what we eat.  

CONSULTATIONS AND FEES 

To look at your health by supporting your body and mind using food and simple lifestyle changes  as a Nutritional Advisor I can offer help and advice towards these changes.  This would be done over 3 - 4 consultations over  a period  of 3 - 12 months.  Before the first consultation you would be required to keep a food diary for 3 days.

 

Initial Consultation includes an in-depth analysis and further exploration of diet, lifestyle, and current and past state of health.  This would take approximatley 1.5 hours  -  £48.00  

Follow-up Consultations  to discuss progress, achievements and any areas of concern.

These would take approximatley 45 minutes to one hour - £35.00
